Having been a trainer at CFI, I am familiar with training policies and procedures at several other companies. We don't have an in-house training facility, but we use Crowder College in Neosho, Missouri. This has been recognized as one of the top 5 training programs in the United States for the past 20 years. They will teach you driving procedures and safety which have been patterned to fit CFI/Con-way Truckload's high standards and operating procedures.

Other driving schools around the country have been known to charge as much as $10,000 for an extremely marginal driving education that may not even be acceptable to CFI/Con-way Truckload. With Crowder College, you will be receiving top-grade driver training with partial paid tuition assistance from CFI.
