Hello, I'm Bob Gruver from Tulsa, Oklahoma. I have been at CFI/Con-way Truckload since March 1991. After graduating from the student training program, I have been an owner, operator, company driver and a trainer, while compiling nearly 2 million miles.

Over the years, I have noticed tremendous differences in companies, including areas such as pay, equipment, facilities and, sad to say, but honesty.

I felt compelled to start this Web site to get the word out about the CFI/Con-way Truckload Company and include everything pertaining to a driving job with the us.

From my 17 years of experience here, I have found them to be impeccably honest, have the nicest facilities in the country, top-notch equipment, and are the greatest people to work with. And I hope to convey that in the following picture tour around CFI/Con-way Truckload.
